Global Blue is a leading fintech company that specializes in facilitating VAT recovery for non-EU visitors who shop within the EU. Their business model caters to both individual shoppers (B2C) and shops (B2B), primarily in the clothing sector, ranging from popular brands like H&M to luxury names like Calvin Klein.

Why did we love working with each other?
Given that the company’s primary audience is individual clients, it has been a challenging task to convey the complex process of VAT recovery in a simple and accessible manner.
The key challenge of this project was to streamline and present the steps required for users to easily recover their taxes. Additionally, we faced the task of adapting the design to integrate seamlessly with a custom CMS built using Magnolia.
